St. Andrew’s is a place where we don’t ask you to join us, but rather asks “Can we join you?”
Built in 1888, St. Andrew’s has served the community of Caledonia for 135 years. The church is historically significant for its association with the late-19th century religious history of Caledonia, in particular the establishment of the village’s first Episcopal Church. Today the church’s community involvement includes:
· Community Food Cupboard, where people can “Take what they need and Give what they can.
· Annual PRIDE Picnic & PRIDE Walk
· College Scholarships for local high school graduates
· Christmas, Easter, Lent and Advent Services
· Participation in the Trout Festival, Fall Festival, Hometown Holidays, Cal-Mum Council of Churches, Community Giving Tree, Backpack School Food Program, and
· A place that serves the community as both a Wedding and Funeral Chapel.
